Keep up the good work

I chose to use Empire Property Management & Sales to take control of my rental property as they are family owned business. I have found Kylie Carey to be prompt with any issues my tenants may have in a polite and professional manner. Any bills I have for the property rates, water and maintenance, Kylie informs me of how and when she is going to pay such payments. I also find that the fee is excellent. When the financial year rolls around the company produce all required paperwork in which I only have to hand to my accountant with no questions required about the investment property.
